Terms of Business and Service Standard Targets
Terms of Business:
- WDEA will agree a fixed price for each job and, unless the instructions change or the information supplied is incorrect, there will be no extra fees or charges
- Invoices will be raised and payment due upon completion of each job. (Commercial customers have 28 days from date of invoice)
- We reserve the right to decline instructions
- Once started, should we be unable to fulfil the instruction for any reason other than cancellation by the client, we will neither charge any fees nor incur any liability whatsoever
- In the case of a project once started being cancelled by the client we will charge for the work incurred up to the point of cancellation and we will not incur any liability whatsoever
- All WDEA services are based on the premise that the client supplies full and accurate information relevant to the task and responds promptly to relevant enquiries. We reserve the right, if in exceptional circumstances accurate and timely information is not supplied when requested, to consider that the client has in effect cancelled the project
Service Standard Targets:
- WDEA will respond to emails and confirm appointments by the end of the following business day
- WDEA will carry out EPCs for existing domestic premises within 3 business days of accepting the instruction and upload the data within 24 hours of the survey
- For non-domestic EPCs WDEA will agree a timescale for the work when we accept the instruction
- WDEA will provide a personal, flexible and professional service
Complaints procedure:
Should we fail to meet your expectations in any way, we would like to have the opportunity to make amends. Please write to us (see contact details) explaining the problem. We shall make every effort
to resolve the issue amicably, failing that, the problem will be referred to independent arbitration.
